TRAINING EVALUATION
Our training evaluation will be conducted at three (3) levels as follows :
Ø Participants feedbacks at training venue
Ø Employers feedbacks after training
Ø Impactive level from beneficiaries of our training and development service.
TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Our Training Management System (TMS) will comprise of a comprehensive informational databank on all querriable information on training, to be driven by an appropriate SQL program.
MCL in-house training
MCL will conduct the following minimum training for its personnel: -
MCL Culture and Core Value training
One common business language among MCL staff from CEO to gate keeper
MCL thorough product knowledge (particularly Sweetcorn literacy)
MCL user support training.
